We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 90 days of the date of purchase for a prompt credit (you must contact Customer Service BEFORE returning your product to obtain an RMA- Return Merchandize Authorization.)

If the product was received damaged, or items are missing from your shipment, please contact our office within 3 business days to arrange for replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipment, nor can we accept crushed, leaking, or soiled bottles. Omega-Direct does not pay for return shipping charges. If your order was eligible for free shipping with the original shipment, the amount of credit will be the total purchase price, less our actual shipping charges.

All returned orders over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is paid by customer.

If you have placed an order, and wish to cancel the same, please immediately contact customer support. If your shipment has already left our warehouse, incurred shipping charges will be charged.

If your package is returned to our warehouse unclaimed, or refused, from the destination address, a refund may be issued for the original purchase amount less original (and any additional) shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned packages must be returned in their original condition.

Omega-Direct may offer, for limited periods of times, various promotional offers. Any promotion offered on this site is issued as one promotion, per person, per delivery address. Multiple orders, with the same delivery address, will be combined into one order. Any promotion will remain singular and not multiplied by the number of multiple orders.

While efforts are made to assure that the information provided on this web site, and all its related pages, is correct and representative or real fact, this site, and all its related pages, are not explicitly or implicitly warranted or represented to be free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

All products may be purchased online via our (SSL) Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges on your statement will appear as Omega-Direct.

Sales tax (6.5%) will only be added to orders delivered to destinations in the State of Utah.

Place your order by 3:00 PM (EST) and your order will typically ship the same day via USPS Priority Air Service (except weekends and holidays.) Because products are dependent on ingredients from Norway and around the world (to provide the freshest, highest quality supplements); though rare, we occasionally experience delays in receiving shipments. Please be assured that if the product you order is on backorder status, we will ship the same to you promptly upon arrival.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless due to our error. Please contact us to purchase insurance (if so desired) prior to placing an order. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. We do not refund carrier fees or associated shipping costs due to carrier delays unless due to our error.

WE OFFER TWO SHIPPING METHODS:

1. U.S. Mail Priority 2-3 Day Air: $5.95 flat rate under $59 and FREE shipping over $49.
2. U.S. Mail Express 1-2 Day Air: Rates start at $18.95. Choose "U.S. Mail Express" in the shopping cart to receive an exact Express shipping quote. Express packages are guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days.

International Shipping: We offer discounted, expediated international shipping via the U.S. Postal Service. Please click on the "International Shipping" tab below for more information on international shipping options. Please note free shipping applies to U.S. destinations only.

All provided customer information is kept secure and private. We do NOT sell, rent, or otherwise convey, ANY information to any other company. All paperwork generated in the procurement of your purchase which contains sensitive information is destroyed according to industry guidelines and requirements. All sensitive information is transmitted via SSL (secure socket layer), encrypted technology. Omega-Direct is located in the United States.

All orders with International delivery destinations are subject to shipping surcharges. International orders are shipped via U.S. Mail Express or U.S. Mail Priority shipping. To receive an exact shipping quote please contact us or add the items to your cart for an exact shipping quote.

Please Note: Because of the heavy weight and potential damage of liquid bottles, we do not ship these products to International destinations.

Omega Direct is NOT responsible for any duties, customs, taxes, or other levies that may be imposed by the government of the delivery destination. If you are not familiar with your country's package-receipt conditions, we recommend contacting your local mail authority to inquire about potential charges BEFORE placing your order.

Omega Direct is NOT responsible for shipments that are held at customs, lost, misplaced or otherwise non-deliverable. If you are concerned about delivery to your International destination, we recommend contacting us regarding the purchase of insurance and signature guarantee for your shipment before placing your order online.
